Pallet Rack Safety Nets

Nets4You supply pallet rack safety nets to protect goods from falling off storage racks, pallet racks, conveyors or shelves with our pallet rack safety nets. These nets are strong and durable and provide a cleaner appearance. They are easy to install and dismantle to remove or access material stored on the rack. They can be installed vertically or horizontally; below conveyors, above sorting lines, on the sides, rear or front of racks – anywhere you need to reduce product loss and keep people safe.

Safety precautions must be taken in warehouses and areas with racks or bay systems. The materials being stored should not fall out and in turn injure any person or damage the product. 

We have a wide range of possible netting, in order to protect light to heavy weight applications. Nets come in standard sizes but can be made to custom specifications in order to cater to the needs of specific situations.

Skip, Container & Trailer Nets & Sheets

We supply a range of nets and sheets, in stock and bespoke sizes suitable for skips, containers and trailers.

Net Material

Trailer and container nets: Made of high-tenacity polypropylene in various sizes and designs for safely transporting or covering trailer or pallet loads.

Every skip net has a secure selvedge edge and includes a rubber tension cord.

Cover Material

Skip cover: These plastic covers are particulary suitable for preventing sand, gravel and similar small particles from being blown away.

The covers are made of UV-resistant, air permeable fabric with reinforced edging and lashing eyes every 0.50m.

Every cover includes a rubber tension cord.

The air-permeable material prevents the covers from bellying out in a strong wind, or when containers are being moved. 

Heavy Duty Cargo Nets

Reliably heavy duty and long lasting cargo nets are used by cranes to load and unload ships, freight trains, trailers or warehouses. Cargo Nets and Load Carrying Nets for helicopters can move approximately 2 to 3 ton loads.

Our Cargo Nets are knotless which allows for a more uniform design, less load shifting and less abrasion. Cargo Nets, also called ‘Hoist Nets’ or “Slung Nets” for helicopters, come with rubber protected loops incorporated into the nylon border rope.

Nets are ready for immediate use and do not require additional equipment.

Standard & Deluxe Cargo Nets

If you require a lighter cargo net for smaller loads we stock 2 different models, both are ideal for securing light loads to vehicles and trailers.

Nets4You's standard elasticated cargo net is a small general purpose net available in a choice of colours.
