Returns policy

If for any of the following reasons you need to return an item, please complete the returns form on our website. If you have any queries, please contact us so we can assist with the returns procedure. Items sent back without following our returns procedure may not be processed. Please also see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

1. Damaged in Transit

If any items are damaged in transit you must complete the online returns form or contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the delivery note accordingly and to take photos. Once the return has been accepted, items should then be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund (including postage) to you via your original payment method.

2. Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, please complete the online returns form or contact us. Please send photos of the faulty item where possible. Once the return has been accepted, items should then be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund (including postage) to you via your original payment method.

3. Changed your mind

If you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong item you have the right to return it to us (as per our Terms and Conditions), however you are responsible for the return postage costs.

Items Excluded from Returns

Whether exercising your legal right to cancel or returning a product under our returns policy, items excluded include safety nets, lifting nets, hoist nets, and any bespoke or custom products (unless proven to be faulty) as they carry a safety mark issued to the buyer, and/or are designed to your specification.
