We know that you will be happy with your purchase from Nets4You, however sometimes there are genuine reasons to have to return a product to us.

Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit you must contact us within 48 of receiving your order. If the items are visibly damaged when they are delivered to you we advise that you sign the couriers delivery note with 'damaged in transit' stated on it. Items should be returned to us in the original packaging complete with any documentation. If the item is small we may ask you to post it back to us and will reimburse the postage cost, for larger items we may arrange for our courier to collect them. Once we have received the items back we will issue you with a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method.

Changed your mind

If you change your mind about an item ordered from us and wish to return it, you must notify us within 7 days after the day that you receive your delivery. The item must be 'as new' condition and not used. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) consumers then have 28 calendar days to return the item to us at your own expense for a full refund.
