The 3m x 3m hoist net is manufactured with High Tenacity Polypropylene Rope. It has a 100mm mesh, a 14mm border rope, and two 20cm Lifting Loops in the corners. Additionally there is a 215cm Interloop Extension Rope with Eyes in each corner, to provide flexibility of use. This net utilizes a special splicing technique to join the rope ends and to join the net to the peripheral rope, making it stronger than a knotted join.
This net conforms to BS 6756: 1986 (Specification for Fibre Rope Cargo Nets), and has a Certificate of Conformity to a 2T SWL. SWL certified nets have a safety factor of 5 and are suitable for heavier loads.
