UK Deliveries
We provide nationwide UK delivery across our full product range, including standard courier shipments, pallet deliveries, and oversized freight where required. Tracking information is provided where applicable once orders have been dispatched.

International Shipping
Nets4You supplies customers globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and international markets worldwide.
We regularly coordinate:

Shipping timelines for international orders may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, freight schedules, and local import procedures.
Customers are responsible for ensuring imported products comply with local regulations and import requirements within their country.
At Nets4You we ship worldwide from the UK. Below is a guide to import duties and taxes for our main markets.
European Union
Zero import duties apply on all orders. Orders under €150 are exempt from VAT. Orders over €150 subject to 15-30% VAT depending on the country.
United States
Orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs and customs fees. Current charges generally include base import duty usually 5%, depending on the product's HS Code (some products may be 0%, 6.5% or 8.5%). Section 301 Tariff – 10%. Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF): Orders under $2,500 are subject to $2.69–$12.09 per shipment. Orders for $2,500 and over are subject to 0.3464% of the shipment value (minimum $33.58, maximum $651.50).
Switzerland
Zero import duties apply on all orders. Swiss VAT of 8.1% applies on orders over CHF 65.
Norway
Zero import duties apply on all orders. Norwegian VAT of 25% applies to all orders.
UAE
A 5% import duty and 5% VAT applies on all orders*, giving a total of approximately 10% on arrival.
*Certain product categories, may attract slightly higher import duties depending on local tariff classifications.
Saudi Arabia
A 5% import duty applies on most orders*. Saudi Arabia's VAT rate is 15%, giving a total of approximately 20% on arrival.

Qatar
A 5% import duty applies on all orders. Qatar currently has no VAT, making it one of the most cost-effective destinations for importing our products.
Bahrain
A 5% import duty and 10% VAT applies on all orders*, giving a total of approximately 15% on arrival.
*Certain product categories, may attract slightly higher import duties depending on local tariff classifications.
Other Countries
Shipping is available worldwide. Import duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact us or your local customs authority for applicable charges before ordering.

If you are not going to be home
Please confirm in the comments box during checkout if you have an alternative place for your parcel (neighbour / safe place etc.). Specific delivery window requests are passed to the courier but it will depend on the courier route as to when delivery will be attempted. If your goods in can only accept deliveries up to a certain time, please select the by 12pm delivery option (UK Mainland only).
Pallet deliveries
Please select whether you have access to a fork lift to unload the pallet when it is delivered or not.
Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually processed and dispatched the same day (please see the note about safety nets below). Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.
Safety nets
Please note that for next day delivery safety nets, orders must be placed before 11:30am Monday to Friday.
On some rare occasions we might not be able to offer a next day service for safety nets due to the manufacture time and demand for them – we will always advise if this is the case.
