Delivery options and prices
Please see our Delivery Information page for a full overview of options and prices. Items are generally priced by the parcel weight, including packaging, but may be adjusted to take into account items that are bulky or require additional protection during transport.
In the rare instance that we do not have the item or the quantity required in stock for dispatch, we will contact you to discuss your order.
If you are not going to be home
Please confirm in the comments box during checkout if you have an alternative place for your parcel (neighbour, safe place, etc.). Specific delivery window requests are passed on to the courier, but it will depend on the courier route as to when delivery will be attempted. If your goods in can only accept deliveries up to a certain time, please select the 'By 12pm' delivery option (UK Mainland only).
Pallet deliveries
Please select whether or not you have access to a forklift to unload the pallet when it is delivered.
Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday are usually processed and dispatched the same day (please see the note about safety nets below). Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate your requirements.
Safety nets
Please note that for next day delivery safety nets, orders must be placed before 11:30am Monday to Friday.
On some rare occasions we might not be able to offer a next day service for safety nets due to the manufacture time and demand for them; we will always advise if this is the case.
Please note: Nets4You cannot guarantee delivery dates or times, nor be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Please contact us to discuss alternative options such as collection or arranging your own courier if the delivery is time-sensitive.
Any duties and taxes on international orders or deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
